In respect of early intervention, or child psychologists work with the underlying causes of children’s mental health issues and use a holistic approach to include working with parents and other support structures to deliver effective outcomes in social and emotional development.

In respect of adolescents and young adults, our psychologists are very experienced in providing effective strategies to assist young person’s find their way in life.  Adolescents and young people may face several challenges associated with physical and psychological transitional changes, overlaid with complexities associated with identity, mental health and new relationships.

In respect both women and men in adulthood, our psychologists are experienced in assisting with a wide range of presentations and challenges.  Our lives are multi-faceted and revolve around many roles and relationships.  Our psychologists facilitate a better understanding of root causes and the various triggers in our lives, and seek to provide practical and effective strategies.

When it comes to having relationships difficulties with partners, making the choice to attend couples counselling can be a difficult decision.  At times, it involves admitting to the existence of issues within a relationship, and the realisation professional assistance is required for resolution.
